The Dunlop D908RR is an adventure/rally-raid tire built for aggressive adventure and cross-country riding over rocks, hard-packed ground, and other off-road surfaces. It is designed around the speed, horsepower, and weight of large-displacement rally-style adventure motorcycles and was developed in Europe for rally-raid competition such as the Dakar Rally. Reinforced tread blocks improve traction and stability, while open shoulder spacing helps clear sand and mud. Heavy-duty casing construction supports lower operating pressures for a larger footprint and added grip on loose terrain. It is DOT-approved for street-legal use and is offered in a 150/70B18 rear size meant to pair with Dunlop's D606 front tire.
