RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window on all unworn, unaltered merchandise with original tags and packaging intact. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Returns are accepted on helmets, race suits, gloves, boots, HANS devices, harnesses, and all accessories provided they show no signs of use, wear, mounting, or modification.

Tires are not eligible for return once mounted on a wheel. Unmounted tires in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.

Items purchased on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

TO START A RETURN
Email shipping@garamoto.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is free if the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. For all other returns, a flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES
We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Start a return and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you get the replacement as fast as possible without waiting for us to receive your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid label for the defective item.

WARRANTY
All products are sold through authorized distribution channels and carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. Contact us and we will help you start the process.
