PRODUCTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
All products sold by Gara are sourced from authorized distributors and are certified to the safety standards listed on their product pages. Certifications are verified against manufacturer documentation and current sanctioning body requirements.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that their gear meets the specific requirements of their racing organization, track day provider, or sanctioning body before use. Requirements vary by organization and are subject to change.

PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental United States; orders under $100 ship for a flat $10. We honor Minimum Advertised Price agreements with our suppliers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our inventory is synced with our suppliers regularly. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable between the time you place your order and when we process it. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a comparable alternative.

AUTHORIZED DEALER
Gara LLC is an authorized dealer for all brands we carry. All products include the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer with our assistance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gara LLC is a retailer of safety equipment. We are not responsible for the performance of any product in a crash, impact, or other incident. All safety gear should be inspected before each use. Any equipment that has been involved in an impact should be replaced immediately regardless of visible damage.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
