The Dunlop Sportmax Q5A is Dunlop's everyday sport radial, built to deliver high-performance grip while staying livable for daily commuting and street riding, sitting below the track-focused Q5 in the lineup. It uses Dunlop's MT Multi-Tread technology on front and rear (all sizes except the 130/70ZR16 front), pairing a Hi Silica-X or Hi Silica center compound for wear with a Carbon R shoulder compound for heat generation and dry grip. Jointless Belt (JLB) construction, Camber Tuning Technology (C.T.T.), and Impact Parry Technology (IPT) combine to give nimble, stable, confidence-inspiring handling across a wide range of conditions. It targets naked, sport, and sport-touring bikes such as the BMW S1000R, Ducati Monster, Honda CB1000R, Kawasaki Z650, Suzuki GSX-S1000, and Triumph Street Triple.
