The Avon Cobra Chrome is Avon's premium power cruiser, touring, and custom tyre, finished with a bespoke snake-skin sidewall texture and embossed Cobra head logo. Enhanced compounds and an updated carcass improve wet-braking stopping distances versus its predecessor (Avon Cobra), and the latest tread pattern adds over 5% more tyre footprint. The range spans an unusually wide set of fitments - from classic-size cruiser sizes up to extra-wide custom sizes as large as 330mm - built in both crossply (bias-belted) and radial construction depending on size. All sizes are tubeless (TL) and manufactured in the UK.
