The Bridgestone Motocross M40 is a bias-ply, tube-type mini-motocross tire built for 50cc bikes running soft terrain: loose dirt, sand, and mud. It uses a widely spaced, rounded knob pattern designed to self-clean in wet, sticky mud and a wraparound knob profile for climbing traction out of ruts. Bridgestone's own catalog lists the true M40 only in 2.50-10 (front/rear) and a related 2.75-10 rear fitment. It is a competition tire and is not intended for public-road use.
