The Mandrake MT 15 is Pirelli's conventional (bias-ply) tire for city and urban mopeds and scooters in the 14 to 16in wheel range. It uses a reinforced casing, central tread grooves for wet-surface feedback and grip, and a classic low-section-profile design with a stiff carcass for stability at city speeds. It is built for everyday urban commuting rather than sport performance, and is sold tubeless in reinforced form for the sizes GARA carries.
