How your custom build works

Every piece is made by hand for one rider. Here's exactly what happens after you order, so there are no surprises.

Step by step

  1. Place your order

    Shipping and all import duties are included.

  2. Get your fitting tool

    Right after checkout we email you the link to the Vinvo fitting tool.

  3. Take your measurements

    You'll need a helper and a soft tape measure. The tool walks you through one measurement at a time, with photos showing exactly how to take each one. Everything is in centimetres, the unit Vinvo's tailors work in. You'll also add your normal shoe size.

  4. Choose your options

    Pick every detail of your suit right in the tool:

  5. Send it to Vinvo

    The tool puts everything into one PDF. Email it to gara@vinvoracing.at. Not sure it went through? Call or text us and we'll check for you.

  6. Handmade and delivered

    Vinvo reviews your measurements and confirms your design with you, then builds your gear by hand. Delivered in about 3 weeks.

Your privacy

Everything you enter in the fitting tool, including your photos, is saved only on your phone. Nothing is uploaded or shared until you choose to send it.

Our guarantee

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for Gara and Vinvo Racing. If your gear arrives with a defect, or it doesn't match the design you approved, let us know within 14 days with a few photos and we'll have it repaired, replaced or refunded. If the fit doesn't match the measurements you approved, we'll arrange an adjustment with Vinvo.

Every piece is made just for you, so custom builds are final sale and we can't take change of mind returns.
